My Experience

I work remotely, and can visit homes and offices, helping end users troubleshoot their technology, or training them on how to use apps and update their online presence, repairing lost wifi connections, and much more. I can upgrade your RAM or hard drive, create a backup or clone of your data, help you install/setup new equipment, and securely wipe data from your old device for sale, return, or to give away. If you have a specific task that may need my help, ask me.

a typical session

Once we have set up an appointment, we get on a remote session using Zoom or Team Viewer. This way I can safely remote into your computer and find out where the problem is, or help you figure out how to complete a task that is just out of reach and you just need that little extra bit of know-how.

Skill Set

Web design, graphic design, marketing (online, print, etc.); computer consulting for home users, sole proprietors, and small business; computer technician, data management, computer training; Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Final Cut Pro; Facebook (fan/business page), Twitter, YouTube, SoundCloud (encode, embed, profile creation, etc), CD Baby for music distribution

While this list is a good representation of the apps/environments I’ve worked in, it is by no means complete. I am quick to learn new platforms, and I develop new skills every day. Technology waits for no one, and I thrive on learning on the go!
